This Privacy Policy explains how Night Agents Labs ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you access or use https://night-agents-rh.com and any related pages, dashboards, interfaces, APIs, communications, or services that link to this Policy (collectively, the "Service").
By using the Service, you acknowledge the practices described in this Policy. This Policy does not govern third-party websites, wallets, blockchains, protocols, exchanges, data providers, or applications that may be linked to or integrated with the Service.
Night Agents is an informational, blockchain-enabled interface associated with the $NIGHT ecosystem. Publicly available site materials describe a model in which a fee on certain $NIGHT trades may fund pro rata distributions of tokenized stock-related assets to eligible holders. The Service may display wallet eligibility, token balances, protocol metrics, market data, supported tokenized assets, and historical or anticipated distributions. The Service does not itself transform public blockchain data into private data merely by displaying it, but we may associate a wallet address with contact or account information you voluntarily provide.
Public blockchains are designed to be transparent. Information recorded on a blockchain (including wallet addresses, transaction hashes, token balances, smart-contract interactions, and timestamps) may be publicly visible, permanent, and outside our control. We cannot alter, erase, or restrict information stored on a public blockchain.
We may disclose information in the following circumstances:
We do not sell personal information for money. We also do not knowingly share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If our practices change, we will update this Policy and provide any legally required choices.
We may use essential cookies and local storage to provide core functionality, maintain sessions, remember preferences, and protect the Service. We may also use analytics technologies to understand aggregate usage and improve the Service. Browser settings may allow you to block or delete cookies, but doing so may impair functionality. Where legally required, we will request consent before using non-essential cookies.
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain security, and comply with legal obligations. Retention periods vary by the type of information and context. Public blockchain information may remain available indefinitely and cannot be deleted by us.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for securing your devices, accounts, wallet credentials, private keys, and seed phrases. We will never ask you to disclose a private key or seed phrase.
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of certain personal information; object to or restrict certain processing; withdraw consent; or appeal a decision concerning a privacy request. You may also opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in the message.
To submit a request, email admin@night-agents-rh.com. We may verify your identity and authority before completing a request. Certain information may be exempt from a request, and we cannot delete or modify data recorded on a public blockchain. Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted by law, subject to verification.
Residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws may have additional rights. The categories of personal information we may collect include identifiers; internet or electronic activity; approximate geolocation; commercial or transaction-related information; and inferences drawn from usage. We collect and disclose these categories for the business purposes described above. We do not knowingly use or disclose sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you.
Where European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Swiss data-protection law applies, our legal bases may include performance of a contract, legitimate interests (such as operating and securing the Service), compliance with legal obligations, and consent. You may have a right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. If information is transferred internationally, we use lawful transfer mechanisms where required.
The Service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
The Service may link to or interoperate with third-party wallets, protocols, exchanges, networks, websites, and applications. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this Policy. Review those policies before using third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party privacy, security, availability, or content.
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version on the applicable website and update the effective date. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice as required by law. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of a revised Policy means the revised Policy applies to your use.
